Sandor Petofi is considered the national poet of Hungary. His Nemzeti dal (National poem) is said to have inspired the 1848 revolution from the Austrian Empire.
Behind is the steeple of the Hungarian Orthodox Church or Magyar ortodox templom, which was built in the late 1700’s.
